Maltese endurance runner Zach Vella has successfully completed the first week of his ambitious 2,700-kilometre charity run from London to Malta. The challenge, named 'Miles from Home', aims to raise funds for YMCA.
During his initial seven days, Mr Vella covered a total of 356 kilometres. He managed to complete the UK portion of his journey and reached France by the third day.
Currently, Mr Vella is continuing his run southwards towards Switzerland. Reports indicate he remains in good spirits as he progresses through this significant endurance feat.
